Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
3+ years of sales analytics, business analytics, BI, consulting, or related experience.
Experience analyzing sales KPIs, trends, and business metrics is required.
Advanced SQL and Excel skills; experience with Power BI/Tableau and Salesforce; reporting automation and data modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance across teams, territories, products, and customer segments.
Monitor KPIs and evaluate metrics to support sales effectiveness and revenue.
Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting for leadership.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and translate data into actionable insights.
Maintain accuracy and consistency across sales reporting and KPI definitions.
Improve reporting automation and BI processes for efficiency.
