Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, building local relationships.

As a community ambassador, you will grow the client base, deliver great service, and represent TurboTax in the local market while adhering to Intuit policies.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040s per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays to Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to build a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.
