Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You’ll deliver hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations with clarity and care. As a community ambassador, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, collaborate with marketing support, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Must be able to work onsite 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Support local marketing efforts to grow TurboTax client base.
