Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate federal and state filings while building local client relationships. Ideal candidates have active tax licenses and experience with professional tax software, will engage the community, and represent TurboTax in local events and promotions.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted license (EA, CPA, or attorney) with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN and state licenses certified as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

• Be proactive community ambassador and engage with new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best in class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video communication tools.
