Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support while building long-term client relationships in the local community. You will work on-site from a TurboTax location, engaging with customers and leveraging TurboTax marketing and tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Residency within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation and tax advice at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and use marketing support to build your practice.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and leverage CRM tools.
