Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios with clear, practical guidance.

As a trusted advisor and community ambassador, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with residents, and deliver a high-quality, personalized customer experience while working onsite in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador in local TurboTax presence.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
