Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers, building long-term client relationships and driving growth in the local community.

You will be a proactive community ambassador, engage with prospects, and contribute to marketing efforts while delivering accurate tax solutions in clear language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax filing experience (1040s).
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead discovery sessions, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.
