Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building local client relationships and contributing to community outreach. You will engage customers in person, leverage TurboTax resources, and help clients navigate taxes with clear, everyday language, aiming to grow our local client base and promote prosperity

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional (EA/CPA/Attorney) with active PTIN.
• State licenses/certificates or ability to obtain.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation (≥30 federal/state returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours/week, including weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers (personal and business).
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds; offer future tax planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, in-person and via TurboTax tools, helping clients achieve financial goals.
