Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, provide tax advice, and support software usage while fostering local client relationships.

You’ll act as a proactive community ambassador, engage prospects, and drive loyalty through tax education and personalized service in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing federal/state 1040 returns.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging locals and prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build trust.
