Intuit, Inc. seeks enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and fostering loyalty. Join a collaborative team, represent TurboTax in the community, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide tax planning.
• Utilize government sites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
