Job summary

Intuit invites applications for TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to help clients navigate their tax needs and grow your local client base.

You will engage with customers, conduct discovery sessions, and deliver an exceptional experience using TurboTax tools and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert to clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds.
• Use government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
