Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to in-person customers, leveraging TurboTax products and marketing support to build a local client base. The role emphasizes community engagement, client relationship development, and delivering a positive customer experience while meeting local market demand.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite retail work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Proactive Community Ambassador, represent TurboTax locally and grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience, building long-term relationships and trust.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools, addressing tax-related inquiries.
