Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and delivering an exceptional experience.

You will be a trusted advisor, aiding customers in navigating tax needs and maximizing refunds, with opportunities to engage the community and grow your TurboTax practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Experience with tax law and professional tax software.
• Ability to serve customers in-person in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Build relationships and grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear tax explanations.
