Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, providing hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, attract new clients through proactive outreach, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The role emphasizes trust, accessibility, and long-term relationships within a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using pro tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week, Sundays–Saturdays.
• Interest in building local/social presence as a TurboTax Expert; content creation encouraged.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to grow the client base.
