Intuit Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local trust and client relationships.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll engage with the community, grow the client base, and deliver exceptional in-person service using TurboTax tools and resources. The role is non-exempt and onsite.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) with ability to file taxes.
• PTIN registration required to file taxes.
• Ability to obtain any necessary state licenses or permits.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site full-service tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Assist customers with tax planning and software support.
• Build local client relationships and promote TurboTax services.
