Job summary

Intuit is seeking knowledgeable TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve in-person customers, provide tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios.

As a community ambassador, you will grow the TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and participate in local marketing with TurboTax resources.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as EA, CPA, or attorney preferred with tax prep experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN for tax filing.
• On-site availability at a TurboTax location, including weekends.
• Experience with tax software and client-facing CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments as needed.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-person experience.
