Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and building lasting community relationships.

You will work onsite, represent TurboTax publicly, and train with marketing support to empower you and your community. A proactive, customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Have PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Possess state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep using professional software (1040s).
• Like working onsite at TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week expected.
• Familiar with Circular 230; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and long-term relationships.
• Engage in local marketing and outreach with TurboTax support.
