Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to clients, while building relationships and growing the local client base.

You will serve as a trusted advisor in-person, leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in approachable language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Lead and participate with TurboTax in local marketing efforts to promote accessible taxes.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and maximize refunds for clients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term trust with clients.
