Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts in on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, becoming a trusted advisor in your local community. As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will grow the local client base, establish long-term relationships, and leverage marketing and software tools to deliver a thriving business.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Willingness to work on-site at a TurboTax location (weekends included).
• Ability to build local and online presence and grow client base.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax expert and public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build lasting client relationships.
