Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, build relationships in your local area, and contribute to growing TurboTax’s client base through personalized service and local marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years tax preparation experience.
• Willingness to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Develop local client base through community engagement and marketing activities.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
