Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers in person to build lasting relationships. You will also represent TurboTax in the local community, support marketing initiatives, and help grow the client base by converting prospects into loyal, multi-year customers.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must possess PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns using professional software.
• Onsite presence at TurboTax location required, 20+ hours per week.
• Must reside in the United States and hold related state licenses, permits, or bonds.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community and drive customer loyalty.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive community ambassador and assist with local marketing initiatives.
