Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts in a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support. This on-site role emphasizes community engagement, growing TurboTax’s client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain related State licenses.
• Minimum of 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory is a plus.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
