Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving in-person customers while building long-term relationships in your community.

As a frontline TurboTax Expert, you’ll leverage your tax knowledge to maximize refunds, provide personalized planning, and participate in local marketing efforts to grow the client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and future planning opportunities.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools in plain language.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
