Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support software and product usage while engaging customers in-person. Candidates should be ready to grow the local TurboTax client base and build lasting relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licenses as required."
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with new prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
