Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at our Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate tax needs and grow a local client base.

You will work on-site with in-person customers, providing full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support. You’ll contribute to building long-term relationships while representing TurboTax in the

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Active bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/support for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professionalism and genuine client focus to help financial goals.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, referrals, and community engagement, leveraging marketing tools.
