Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers in a retail setting.

The role emphasizes building local client relationships, community engagement, and driving customer loyalty with TurboTax marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week; weekends included.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Must wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community and foster client loyalty.
• Represent TurboTax as a local ambassador and participate in local marketing efforts.
