Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will work on-site serving in-person customers, providing full service tax return preparation and tax advice using TurboTax products.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and leverage marketing support to expand your presence in the community.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN active as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond basic filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work onsite in a retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools.
