Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for customers, while building a local client base and delivering excellent service. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll engage prospects, grow a community presence, and help clients maximize refunds.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting leads into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
