Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, leveraging your tax knowledge to optimize deductions and refunds.

You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to Intuit policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• PTIN must be active to file taxes.
• Must obtain state licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and build lasting client relationships.
• Assist with local marketing efforts and community outreach.
