Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, while growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships. The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing support, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours per week at a TurboTax location.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the local ambassador for TurboTax and attract new clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation.
• Assist in local marketing and community outreach.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term relationships.
