Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building a local client base and long-term relationships within the community. You will engage customers directly in a frontline retail environment, representing TurboTax, and collaborate with marketing efforts to grow the client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and establish long-term relationships.
• Serve in-person customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.
• Leverage TurboTax marketing support and tools to build client portfolios.
