Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building long-term client relationships within the local community.

Successful candidates are licensed tax professionals with strong knowledge of tax law, capable of working onsite, and willing to engage with clients in a retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax software.

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional demeanor and empathy.
• Address client inquiries and help them navigate tax challenges in a clear, personal way.
