Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in person, helping clients navigate complex filings and maximize refunds.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, build long-term relationships, and participate in local marketing efforts while delivering outstanding customer service in a front‑facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
