Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, while building local client relationships and contributing to community outreach.

The role emphasizes on-site presence, tax expertise, and a proactive approach to expanding TurboTax's client base in collaboration with marketing support and product resources.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted license as EA, CPA, or attorney and strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN registration required by law to file taxes.
• Ability to obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 1040 returns.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers (personal and small business).
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools; explain in clear everyday language.
• Create exceptional customer experiences, building trust and long-term relationships, both in-person and via marketing channels.
