Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software usage, serving customers in a friendly, approachable manner.

You will help grow the TurboTax client base in the local community, leveraging marketing resources and building long-term relationships while delivering accurate tax solutions in everyday language.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospective clients to grow the customer base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex situations and deductions optimization.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professionalism and a service mindset, building long-term client relationships.
