Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving in-person customers with tax return preparation and advisory services.

You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and leverage marketing support to foster community prosperity while delivering a high-quality customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays through Saturdays, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to build a local and online presence with tax tips and content.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan future taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally and engage in community outreach and marketing.
