Job summary

Intuit is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

You’ll engage with the local community, grow the client base, and collaborate with marketing support to build a thriving TurboTax business.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for customers.
• Grow client base through local outreach and referrals.
• Deliver top-notch customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
