Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

This role emphasizes community engagement, marketing collaboration, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment. Must reside in the United States and be available for onsite work.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certifications.
• Must be comfortable working onsite, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice to TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and referral relationships.
• Deliver excellent customer service and utilize TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
