Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships in the community.

You will engage customers, provide personalized tax planning, and contribute to growth through local outreach. This role requires on-site work, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to explain tax concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for the future.
