Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in a friendly retail environment, helping clients maximize refunds and plan for the future. This role emphasizes community engagement, growth of local client base, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN for filing taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community and build long-term relationships.
