Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, serving in-person customers and delivering tax preparation services.

You will leverage tax knowledge to provide accurate tax solutions, educate clients, and grow the local client base with marketing support from TurboTax. This role emphasizes community engagement and exceptional customer service in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, weekends and peak times as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local client base by building relationships and driving referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail environment.
