Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help clients navigate their tax needs.

You will work on-site, provide full-service tax return preparation and advice, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active/state-licensed tax professional preferred (EA/CPA/attorney).
• 3+ years of tax return experience with professional software.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, engaging with the community and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a retail setting and support local marketing efforts.
