Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

As a trusted advisor you will help customers complete tax returns, advise on deductions, and integrate TurboTax software in a friendly, community-focused setting. You will build relationships with clients, grow the local TurboTax client base, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver an exceptional in-person tax experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, and tax planning in plain language.
• Grow TurboTax’s client base through local community engagement and referrals.
