Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States, offering in-person tax help and software support to customers. You will build a local client base while guiding clients through tax returns and planning in clear, approachable language.

As a frontline ambassador, you will leverage your tax expertise to maximize accuracy and refunds, grow the client network, and collaborate with marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses/certificates may be needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 1040s; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week; weekend availability.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
