Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships. The role emphasizes community outreach, effective communication, and a customer-first approach in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN are required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build local client relationships.
