Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts.

You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will work with local communities to attract clients, build relationships, and expand TurboTax presence while delivering a high-quality customer experience in a front-facing role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local outreach and grow client base through community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer service and maintain professional demeanor.
