Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide advice, and support software use while delivering a friendly, professional experience to customers.

As a local ambassador, you’ll develop relationships, attract new clients, and leverage marketing tools to grow the business in your community, while meeting licensing requirements and wearing the TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active tax professional license and experience filing individual returns.
• At least 3 years of hands-on tax preparation experience.
• Experience with tax software and client advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice to customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail setting.
• Represent TurboTax professionally as a local ambassador.
