Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with tax returns, tax planning, and software support in a collaborative environment. As a Retail Expert, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and leverage marketing support to expand your community presence.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required or preferred.
• Minimum three years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to build long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by maintaining professionalism and aiding clients in achieving financial goals.
