Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers in the community.

You will build relationships, attract new clients, and leverage marketing and software to grow your local practice. The role is non-exempt, on-site, and requires availability across a broader schedule.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends possible.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Must be willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador by representing TurboTax locally and building a client base.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and grow customer relationships through in-person interactions and local marketing.
