Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will help customers with in-person tax preparation and advice, leveraging tax software, and building local relationships to grow client bases.

This non-exempt, onsite role requires at least 20 hours weekly, includes benefits and opportunity to be a community ambassador, with a focus on service, accuracy, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays to Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
